| I have PetPlan for Eva & it has been wonderful. I signed her up literally right away, so I did not have to worry about anything being "pre-existing". Haven't had any problems & all has been paid within 2 weeks with friendly, hassle free service. I'd for sure reccomend them

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I googled "Canada Pet Insurance" and several came up. Petplan did not though. However, Pet Care Insurance looks like it is very similar. I hope this helps and maybe someone else will have other suggestions.

Since you are also using them, that makes me feel even better. Who knew years ago that there would even be insurance for pets. Ya know? It's an amazing thing. And, since I am new to the yorkie world....and have started to become somewhat educated to their breed healthwise....I realize I should be prepared for anything. Hopefully, we won't need it but I would rather be safe than sorry. I so love YT and the wealth of information available here!

| Insurance I have Trupanion too and am very happy with it. I like the variable deductible and it covers hereditary issues. Pays within days. Very reassuring to have when illness strikes! |

| I have pet partners and it takes 30 days to get paid. I am up for renewal and am considering going with a different company. The first year I had trupanion but the renewal jumped up about $250.00 per year which I thought that was just too much.

| I've been looking on the web for Pet Insurance for my Canadian little man and I found one called PetSecure (Canada) It will cost about $600. a year for $2500 worth of coverage (Accident) and $2500 worth of coverage (Illness) with a $100. deductible. Is that a high premium for minimal coverage? What's the US prices? My postal code is T1B 4H7 if you'd like to have a peak yourself

| Right now I just put money aside for possible future vet bills. I think pet insurance and the need for it is kind of an individual thing. Remember that you still have to pay upfront for most vet services. The pet insurance will reimburse you. |

| Boy, $600.00 a year for min coverage is pretty high to me. For less than that I get lots more coverage.
