You are not a bad person for seeking out the truth and for stating the facts, but for your own sanity I would have all of your proof before trying to contact her again. That way there is no doubt and she can not say otherwise. As for the underlined statement above, you should hold it against her personally. From what I have read on a blog post of hers dated 3-13-13 I have no doubt that she knew that this female who is just a pup herself was breed once before and had been questioned on the purity of her and she knowingly chose to breed the little gal a second time. Who by my calculation and her blog post dated 3-30-13 is somewhere close to being 8 weeks along. If it were me I would take that as being a personal choice therefor holding her personally responsible.

I misspoke in an earlier post: If in deed this gal in having (not had) another litter of pups, who's to say the even with your DNA proof she will offer them as purebred Yorkies to those families as well. This is why I feel that you really truly need to go forward with this and seek assistance in finding a way to stop this person before someone else is put in your same situation. I would hate to see one more unsuspecting persons Dream of having a Yorkie be crushed.

I hate seeing people go through this. This happened way too often and its just a very sad and hopeless case of lies and irresponsible breeding.

So yesterday when I saw the breeder somehow found me on here after 5 months lol. Supposivly looking to see how Minnie was doing. I had blocked her because I don't want to deal with the drama until this the results are in. I just saw today she posted a message this is what I got. What did I hobestly do?? I'm very confused. What are thoughts about this message?? Should I worry ??

Jen you can tell everyone what ever u want really its okay but you better have you stuff backed up cause if your results come back positive that she is a purebreed yorkie, its my turn to take action and all the negative stuff i have saved about how fake i am how i lie how i created a paper i will not let go!!!!!! And i have fake feelings really i cried more than you!!!! And harrassing me on here is against the law so keep going i have all the harrasments and mean things u have said to innocent people that dont even know me how rude of you why not come to me with this matter!!!!!!

This may not be correct but I watch tons of TV court shows: It is not harassment unless it was sent or said directly to her and she has proof of that. If anything she could say it is slander but only have an action against you if she has lost sales/business because of what you said about her and her business. If you are only stating the facts and nothing else and state your opinion of her there is nothing she can do.

She seems very confident by her statement to you that this pup if purebred. Most of us who know Yorkies, see something totally different in her. I've had Yorkies since my early teens and my family and I have raised them for a number of years. Plus there are other recognized breeder here who say the same thing. I could be wrong but I wouldn't worry about it.

And to all the people who said why my pups aren't registered with my akc is because my dogs are registered with Aca when I bought them and I contacted my breeder to see what the hell is going on cause I'm furious over all this s**t!!!! And if Minnie is mixed breed then that means I was sold a mix breed and justice will be served through my breeder and I will give her money back to her so the results will help me also :)

And I've had this account since my puppies where born for advice I didnt just start my account look at the date!!!

For someone who is a breeder you sure don't know much.

The results of her DNA test, even if they show that her pup is mixed, won't help you. You need to have both your dam and sire tested as well. You must be able to PROVE that the mixed puppy did not result from a dog of some other breed accidentally mating with your female.

For instance, if the pup turns out mixed and one of yours turns out mixed, then you have a claim against the breeder you got that dog(s) from.

However, if all you have is the pup's DNA results that show it is a mix, the breeder could claim that she sold you pure-bred Yorkies and some other dog got involved with your dam. Without getting your dogs DNA tested to show that at least one of them is mixed, you can't prove that didn't happen. Your DNA results on your 2 along with the pups will prove beyond any doubt that the pup is an offspring of those specific 2 dogs. You should get those 2 DNA tested immediately, unless you are aware of something that you aren't telling us.

:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: Actually, the purpose of the MARS test isn't to prove whether two specific dogs are the parents of a particular puppy, but it will tell you whether the parents are purebred Yorkies or not. If the two parents test out to be purebred, but Minnie is mixed, then that means that Minnie's father was NOT who he is purported to be. If one or both parents are mixed, and Minnie is mixed, that could explain why Minnie is mixed. And if Minnie is a purebred Yorkie, then I'll eat my hat :D.

Don't worry, you CANNOT be sued for harassment. If anything, you are the one being harassed for trying to find out the truth. Even if Minnie is purebred Yorkie, all you were trying to do is get at the truth--you CANNOT be sued for that. Also, you NEVER publicly revealed the name of the breeder--she revealed her first name herself, and no one has revealed her last name.

Cristina - Sweetie - you are reacting to the wrong person. I already posted on this thread but I am going to say this one more time...Jen has done nothing slanderous towards you. As a matter of fact, SHE has defended you from day 1 and did not think you were lying.

Back in her very first thread asking about Minnie, my response somewhere in that thread was that I believed that YOU, Cristina, believed Minnie was a purebred. And, I still do believe that. I don't think you lied. I think you were lied to, also.

With that said, to breed yorkies and not even know what a standard yorkie looks like is ill advised. I will just leave it at that.

Please quit hounding Jenn and doing to her what you are claiming she is doing to you. Jenn, no doubt, was a victim of misinformation. Whether that was intentional or not is only known by you, Cristina. Personally, I think you really didn't know. So, I don't have to ask you to put yourself in Jenn's shoes to understand her confusion and wanting answers ~ you seem to BE in her shoes.

Perhaps the correct thing to do is to quit being defensive and hounding her AND join forces with her to stop the original perpetrators of this injustice.

Ok for a second I just want to SCREAMMMMM.....everyone is talking as if there is a chance....there is absolutely no chance this is a full Yorkie, none whatsoever...for the 15th billion time, honey I'm sorry you didn't get a Yorkie, but you got the right pup, the one who is meant for you. As for her threats, how dare she... and do not worry...you have come and asked for opinions on an open forum, you doubt her pedigrees or whatever, there is nothing here she can sue you for and if she dear says slander....just start laughing, she can NOT sue you for slander and I am absolutely 100% positive on this, worry not. Seriously you think if she walks in to court with this whole thread the judge is not even going to entertain such nonsense.
