| Is this a yorkie behavior? Hi everyone, Lately I've noticed Rufus doing something really funny when Nena is sleeping and I wonder if it's a yorkie behavior.. Whenever Nena is sleeping Rufus walks backwards towards her and pushes his behind on her Nena doesn't like it so she stands up and goes to sleep somewhere else but he follows her and does the same thing again Have any other mommy noticed this behavior on their yorkie?

| Too cute! You need to try and catch it on video. Yogi doesn't walk backwards, but will walk up to one of the othe kids and then turn around and sit on them. It's unfortunate when it's their head that he chooses to sit on. He's always had the need to be touching someone. He'll sit on my feet while chewing on a toy, or it no one's available, he'll sit on mine or DH's shoes.

| Yumi will walk right up to Yuri's head lift a leg and lean over him so her belly is on his head. Seems like a dominance thing to me. She would chase him all over the house doing that if I let her, and my poor Yuri would just grumble and keep moving to a different bed... |

| Joel backs his behind on my Akita, I have no idea why but I'm sure he's doing it in a mean way since he's always torturing that poor dog! Haha |

| How funny! Max did this to me when he was a pup. He would back up several feet to sit on my lap. Sometimes he still sits on my face to wake me up. I get the impression he is just being silly.

| That is too funny that some of your Yorkies do that. I've never seen Mandie back up to sit down on anything. OP - you should get that on video and share - I would pay to see that

| Our Graysee likes to lay down against me, then push with her paws to "wedge" herself as tightly against me as possible. She does that on the couch, in bed, etc. Also, if I am reading the Sunday paper, she will leap into my lap, hop onto the paper, make circles until the paper is all crumpled up, and proceed to lay down and nap on the section that I WOULD have read next! I think it may remind her of her puppy days, maybe laying in some newspaper with her siblings? I don't know, but one of her nicknames is now "Newspaper Puppy", because she just can't resist lying down on one! |

| Awwww, that's cute. I have had mine do something similar to that when they are wanting to play. How old are Rufus and Nena? I bet Rufus wants Nena to waking up and chase him.
