| Purse/carrier dimensions I'm so excited as I have only one more week before ordering my custom made discreet purse/carrier!!!! I would love to hear from you if you have one! For an adult dog that weighs 4.5 pounds and is up to 9.5 inches tall, what size bag would be most comfortable for them? I'm thinking of using the dimensions for a 6 pound dog just to make sure, or would that be too big? and the bags with little discreet air holes, can you see your dogs inside through those holes or is there always some sort of flap that covers them over when needed???? I need to get all of my details set! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | How fun to get one custom! What color/fabric will you use? Yeah, if it were me I'd get one made for 6lbs, bc they do fill out (usually) a bit more as they age. For air holes, you can also use little sections of mesh fabric - that way they aren't holes, but allow plenty of air.

| Thanks for your enthusiasm Will be using leather and although I love all of the colors, I'm leaning towards black, which is a practical color I use year round. Yes, we'll be using a type of mesh and I really love the CeceKent bags but do not expect the maker to be able to duplicate it exactly, still curious, does anyone know how large the air holes are on the sides? http://cecekent.net/wp-content/uploa...rier-hires.jpg I'm also considering this purse design, adding the air holes and a discreet flap over the top. Do the extra flaps zip on or snap or connect into an air hole?? Designer Pet Carrier for Two Chihuahuas, one 3.5 lbs and one 5.5 lbs. Still trying to decide which bag style would be more comfortable, the above mentioned or this jaraden getaway style? Amazon.com: Jaraden Getaway Dog Carrier - Black:... The Jaraden bag is for a 6-8 pound bag, if my furrybaby only weighs 4.5-5 pounds as an adult, that bag would be very comfortable, no, or a bit on the large side? Actually, I'm ordering 2 bags, one for myself and another is a gift for my dil, who wants a CeceKent garnet pebble color, but not sure we can find it, her bag may be tan, 2nd choice.
