| Well, I looked around and these are the best for the money I could find. They are more expensive than the ones on hogdogcollars.com but they are breakaway. Like I said, I had the cat collars but now every one I find is too small/tight for Mandie. Going with these: Personalized KeepSafe Breakaway Collars Pikoda
