| Ideas for treats? My baby, Jagger, is extremely picky with treats. Any ideas on what kind he may like? He won't eat hard ones. Thanks! |

| I made a big deal about the treats themselves and thats how I got Joey to eat them. He was so picky in the beginning and wouldnt eat anything other than his food (and the labs dinner) but I felt bad since he would always drop his nightly treat and then Carley would eat it (pay back for the dinner?)..So, I bought him different treats, chewy, hard, crunchy, greenies, antler, and bully sticks, and then for the GE I got some new treats. I just make a big deal about his treat. I get him all excited and then he gobbles it up.

| I know it really feels great when we find something that our pups just love. I would caution you though to make sure none of the treats you are providing were made in China. Their standards are so much less than others and I know some pups have gotten sick on things from China. I'm not sure about the treats you mentioned but this is important to look for. I also know there are others here that know a lot more than I do and I'm sure they will chime in shortly. Princess Sophie gets boiled chicken cut into very small pieces and she also gets pineapple tibias (drained, rinsed, & cut in half). She just loves both of these and I feel good about giving them to our pups. I also know there are recipes for dog treats on this forum and I think you can find them in the Health & Wellness Library. Then there also threads about treats in the Forum as well.

| Mandie loves Zukes mini's. They aren't too hard and they are little. What she really loves is carrot sticks and green beans. I cut the carrot sticks up into Yorkie size pieces
