| There is a glitch this morning....I hope this is where I should post it. I got this while trying to post on a thread: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /forums/newreply.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

|  Problems Copying and Pasting An Information Article From Another Website Had all kinds of problems trying to copy, paste & post an article from another website and when I finally got the items pasted(couldn't paste without left clicking - wouldn't paste from icons at the top of IE9), got an Error saying I didn't have permission to post and Forbidden 404 Error when the tab at the top said it was a 403 Error. I couldn't post the article so gave up for the time being. Should I retry later?
