wow... I have made a very few american girl clothes when my daughters were young enough to play with their american girl dolls. The dolls they have are at least 18 years old.. beautiful dolls!!! To make hangers... all I need is another hobby..there is just not enough hours in the day...or I am just not organized enough to make the best use of the hours I have. Maybe because I am on yt too much ![]()

| ![]() If the garments slip off the children's hangers, get a bag of brightly colored plastic closepins from the $ store; works like a charm. Or, if crafty, pick up a bag of the old fashioned wooden clothespins and decorate with polymer paints. Fun to do while watching your favorite show. When dry, lighty spray on a protective clear coat (outside); let dry. Now you have a designer look for just pennies. If using the old style clothespins, pinch the fabric just under one of the top parts of the hanger to anchor the garment. Used to do this with my children's clothes hangers. No more slipping. |
