My baby was born November 10th she is only weighing 1lb 6oz. I was suppose to pick her up from the breeder last week but due to her small size the breeder and I agreed she should stay a bit longer so I am planning on picking her up friday. She will be my first yorkie very excited to have her home but will admit her small size is making me a bit nervous.

Hi everyone!

Mike & Molly were born on 11/2/12 and we got them on 1/30/13. On their 13 week checkup, Mike weighed 4lbs 13 oz. and Molly weighed 3lbs 8oz. Mike has a long snout and long legs with straight, course hair. Molly has a short snout, short legs and wavy soft hair. We can't believe they are brother and sister as they are so opposite.

My husband and I are home most of the time, so training is going pretty well. Finally, no accidents yesterday!!! They are so fun to watch, I never want to leave the house.

I'm glad someone started this thread!!

Welcome to YT and congratulations on your baby. I'm glad your breeder is holding your little girl longer, but I know it's tough to wait. YT is such a caring community with such a wealth of knowledge. If there is anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask.
