| Taking Riley to the Vet :( Riley has been doing like a gagging/hacking thing for about a week now. I thought it was something that would go away but it hasn't. She is fine other than the hacking. She eats, drinks, runs, plays and does everything else fine. And there's no one thing that triggers her episode. She does it sometimes after eating or drinking or even when she's sleeping. Hope everything is okay! |

| It could be collapsing trachea. I hope everything is ok. Let us know what the vet says.

| Maybe reverse sneezing? It sounds awful but doesnt effect the dog to much unless its really bad. You can try a search on you tube, they have some clips of yorkies doing it. |

| We are going through the same thing (going to the vet in a bit), I think its kennel cough. Have been giving Dexter honey, vitamin C and echinacea and it seems to be helping 2 nights in a row he did not wake up coughing! We will try to avoid giving him antibiotics as much as we can. |
