| Yorkie Boarders in BC or Seattle area???? I'm looking for recommendations for boarding my two yorkie pups for a week in March. We live on Vancouver Island in BC, Canada but we are flying out of Seattle, WA so really any place you know of on Vancouver Island, Vancouver area, or any place between Bellingham and Seattle. Thanks! |

| I've got a niece(ok, cousin) in Bremerton who has a yorkie, but I don't think she has ever boarded her. Unfortunately, she is in Djibouti right now. I can ask my aunt if she knows anyplace near there, but if you can find a better source, I'd go with them. My Bremerton cousin yorkie is a tiny,(<3lbs?) and I don't know how reputable her breeder is although she seems to be healthy. I don't know it they would be the best source of info, now that I think about it...

| We have always taken our two dogs to The Pet Hotel at Petsmart in Woodinville Washington. You can board both of them in the same kennel and they are very thorough about checking all pets being boarded for current vaccines etc. They even contact your vet to verify. They also do a flea check and if any are found they need to have a flea bath before boarding. All of the play rooms and kennels are indoors so I know there is no chance for our pups to escape. Woodinville is just north of Seattle. Their phone number is 425-424-2098.
