| Welcome to YorkieTalk! The reason your puppy is chewing so much is because he left his mother a bit too early. This is why it is recommended to leave puppies with their mothers until they are 12 weeks old... They learn what behavior is acceptable and biting is one of those things. But because you have him already, it is important that you teach him what things he can chew on. Make sure to give him plenty of toys and constructive things to chew on so he won't destroy your things. If he bites your hand, say "Ah, ah" loudly and he will eventually get it. Good luck!

| Welcome to YT, Oakley is a DOLL!!!!!!! Sounds like Oakley was maybe a little young to leave his mama and didn't learn bite inhibition too well. That's ok though, from what you've posted you're doing all the right things, and he should get better in short time. I'm so glad your dream came true with Oakley! He's a doll and I pray that he has a long and happy life with his new, forever mama!
