| We have company & Pita's MAD! My niece and nephew (they are 6 & 12) are visiting us for a few days and Pita does not like it one bit. Our kids are grown up and Pita is not around any kids. So these kids, even tho they are sweet and quiet, are freaking her out! So we are in the office today and Pita will not even sleep in her bed under my desk, she only wants to lay on my hubby's lap, he is in a different room! She never does that, she is a mommy's girl. She always lays under my desk and chills out here at the office. I don't know what's up with her. Could it be the kids? I tried putting her on my lap but she doesn't want to stay with me. She did lick all the foundation off of my face which is normal for her so she's not too mad but she sure knows how to hurt my feelings!

| Sounds kinda like she is scared of them. Maybe take one kid at a time and sit on the floor with Pita and the little girl or little boy and try to get acquainted that way? Just a little at a time?

| It sounds like shes nervous because of the kids. My female tolerates my 5 year old but if I have more than one kid in the house she gets real nervous and has to sit on My Husbands or My lap.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Perhaps you're not big enough to protect her from them and she's decided she needs to sit in the BIG dog's lap
