| ![]() Sometime at the end of the month or first week of February Henri is going to the groomers to get a full body haircut. My baby is starting to look like a raggamuffin! ![]() His hair is short, about 3-5 inches long on his back, and I want to have it trimmed and shaped up a bit. His face is in need of a cut and so are his legs. I feel bad because usually I cut his hair but I don't have time to do it since classes for college started up again, I'm able to keep up with normal grooming: bath once a week, nail clipping, quick daily brushing. I researched groomers and went to visit multiple of them until I found this nice one that I'm going to try, thank you yorkietalk for giving me the knowledge on what to look for in a groomer. Anyway, I need YOUR help Yorkietalkers! I need pictures of your baby or any pictures you come across for ideas please! ![]() Thanks! ![]()

| ![]() I can't be of much help. I just wanted to suggest to you to be sure to write down exactly what you want and go over it with the actual person that will be doing the grooming. That way, you will be a happy mamma when you pick him up. Good luck and we want to see pics! ![]()

| ![]() Since I loved Guinness' mohawk, I decided to try it out on Joey ![]() Other than that hes got a teddy-bear face cut, rounded paws, and recently I trimmed his body to about 3/4 inch. Hes got thick hair and we are in Fl, so I dont worry about him getting too cold. If its really chilly hes got a hoodie.

| ![]() Actually it's quite easy to do a faux hawk yourself. If you buy the right scissors that are "thinning scissors" and pull up his hairs in the center of his head (from both sides between his ears) into a point...you trim and gel and VOILA a faux hawk. Takes a few tries...for confidence, but if you don't trust yourself to follow my lousy instructions (sorry it's hard to describe in words...) perhaps youtube it? OR ask your hairdresser...then do it on your dog. I did! ![]() ![]() |
