ahhhhh congratulations, she is so cute, pics can be deceiving but she looks small for a silky. I love Roxie Hart and like another poster said it has a nice meaning to it.

To answer your question some dogs will never get tired of fetch even after hours. Lola is excited even for me to throw it two feet while I am in the bathroom, you are lucky you have kids, LOL that's what they are for

Please keep the suggestions coming! I will list all the name you guys suggest and when my girls get home from school they will pick. I will post the choice later today. So far we got Roxie...Hart and Jo. and yes I think Mole Murderer wouldn't work...besides we don't have moles in Hawaii. hehe

My girls love the 2 dog thing...cause now they don't have to fight over Ahi. As for Ahi...I think it will take her a little while because she doesn't realize that she is a dog. Roxie will try to initiate play but Ahi looks at her like what the heck are you trying to do? lol She will tag her like she is it and Ahi will just roll over and submit. She will also drop toys in front of her to play and Ahi just walks away.LOL Ahi was actually on my lap and Roxie ran up to me to give me a toy to throw...Ahi growled at her a little. lol But only did it that once.

Roxie Calida

Kali = Energetic - spelling from African origin or Kalli = Energy (and Black Goddess) - spelling from Hindi origin

Calida = derived from the Spanish for hot

I'd pronounce "Kali" like "Kah-LEE" with emplasis on the "lee" and "Calida" with emphasis on the "li (Kah-LEE-da)" part as well.
