We have many threads where someone posts how thrilled they are with their breeder and after people check out the breeders site the "discussions" regarding the breeders suitability can become a flaming bonfire as you are quite aware, especially where tinies are concerned. Given the health issues of many of her dogs I think we all can agree that her breeder is not breeding to improve the breed.

Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy (MSBP) Factitious disorder, factitious disorder by proxy. Munchausen Syndrome is an attention-seeking personality disorder which is more common than statistics suggest.

Where a "mom" hurts, kills, or keeps her children ill to get attention for herself.

I think it is closer to Minichoosen Syndrome. Cess likes the tinies and likes the attention she receives when she trains her Yorkies and enters them in contests and seeks fame and notoriety using the cuteness and intelligence and the willingness to please of her little dogs. It has never been proven that Cess did anything to hurt her dogs but dogs did die in her care and she did rehome some according to threads her on YT. There are questions as to whether she asks to much of these dogs when training and if she withholds food for training purposes. In my experience with Buster we did not withhold food for training and I have an obese dog who has bad knees and can do tricks. So if you are going to train I believe that it is wise to use some of their food to teach tricks as not to over feed your dog.

Cess said herself that she used steak to train Lilo. If you are with holding food, then using steak for training, that is a recipe for disaster.
