I can't decide on the amount of pictures... I wanna include my other babies too.

It really depends, I can always get 4 or 5 in the avatar, but not more than 7. So much depends on the quality of the picture, and frames actually don't take much Kb because I compress them into one frame so just the "center" of the avatar changes, and that lets me use more pictures.

When did you upload that picture, before you were a donating member? If so, just upload it again, it should automatically take the bigger size. It will not ever "stretch" your smaller picture unto the larger size. If an avatar is only one picture, you don't have to have it set for an exact size; YT will give you the biggest size your account can have. If however, you have more than one picture; your avatar must be set at a precise size.
