| Capturing Precious Moments *frustrations* For the longest time now, I have been trying to capture Kaji's sleep barking/growling on video. Every time I reach for the camera he stops. I have so much footage of him "sleep running" than I know what to do with. (I record hoping he does it again) Or he wakes up and looks at me like I'm nuts. The elusive sleep barking yorkie slipped through my hands 3 times this morning. Will I ever get to record one of Kaji's cutest antics? Anyone else have this problem?

| Tibbe often growls himself to sleep but doesn't bark or growl a lot after he gets there. I don't have a working video camera so I haven't tried getting it on camera but when I do get one, that the one of the first things I'm going to try to capture. He is a pretty sound sleeper so I don't know, I might can get it. Still, if you move too much, they can be awake in a split second so I may not be able to either. Keep at it! I'd love to see that video!

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I feel your pain. I've missed more precious moments than I've captured. All you can do is try to anticipate it and be prepared. Have your camera handy at all likely times and a plan for turning on a light if it's too dark. Maybe a headlamp! The only hope is that she does it often enough that one time you'll get lucky and capture it. Don't give up!

| Gracie seems to know exactly when I am going to push the button on the camera because I always get a perfect picture of the back of her head. I have a camera that does do video but when I try to get her as she is running and playing I get a perfect shot of empty floor space or grass. The only half way decent pictures I have of her were taken by someone else. I guess she likes them more than me. |

| The same thing happened to me yesterday! Molli was making the cutest growly noise playing with her toy for like 15 minutes straight, grabbed my phone to snap a video and she stopped! How do they know? The other thing I hate is eye glare, I get the cutest picture but Molli always has glowy eyes. oh well

| Lily is really difficult to get a good pic. She doesn't really respond to her name that well. Have you tried the "action" setting? It takes several pics in quick sucession. One of those have to be acceptable, out of the two million of course.

| Yes! That one!! I need to have that one printed out so I can put it in my office. I need something cute to look at during the day. I think you're camera is better than mine for action shots. It's action setting is worthless!!!
