| Bad dream I had a horrible dream last night that I lost ZoE I cleaned up my room last night & hung up stuff that was laying around. As I hung up one of her harnesses (that has tags on it) and remember hearing the jingling of the tags & thinking they're great, but only if a pup's wearing them (and ZoE only wears her harnesses when she's going for a walk or a ride in the car). It must have played on my mind over night. So, first thing this morning, I ordered her a new embroidered personalized collar, that has her name & my phone number on it. She had one when she was younger, but has since outgrown it. So, I thought I'd share my dream as a reminder to others to make sure you have your tags or personalized collar on your own pup, especially with the coming & goings of the festive holiday season, and extra visitors through your door. And if you don't, it would make a great present to yourself & your pup(s) .

| This is awesome advice. I'm also glad that it was just a dream for you and not real. I am currently moving and I think I also need to get some i.d. on my baby. Thank you!

| Great reminder. Callie and my moms yorkie Sammy have fetching tags and always have them on. Well my mom came home the other night to find Sammy and his beagle sister where missing and was frantically calling them and finally Sammy came from somewhere and was happy to see her but his sister took a bit long like 5 minutes of so (shes pretty old so moves slower) and was finally seen and came back too well after my mom calmed down found where they got out and fixed it she let me know that Daisy (the beagle) had lost her collar and tag sometime a few weeks ago (we do not know how she does it but being a beagle and loving to roll in the leaves we think it go lost there my mom always leaves her collar where she can slip out of it if it gets stuck) and they could not find it. I was so upset because what if she had gotten picked up by someone and had no collar on so we went to Petsmart and got a tag and collar asap. Even when you think there is no way for them to get out sometimes they do so its best to be prepared rather then sorry.

| A dream like that is very unsettling. So glad there was no truth to it, but maybe a positive outcome anyway. {{{Hugs}}}

| I just got my boys, for the first time ever, personalized tags and collars. You know whats so funny? They love them! So they only wear them when they go outside the house with me (outside the property I should say) and I don't attach a leash to them. The only thing I want to mention is, Don't leave 'the kids' home alone unattended with their collars on. They could get hung up or caught on something and choke.

| That must have been a nightmare I need to look into getting a embroidered collar for Joel, I don't like the jingling and when I try to leave the harness on after 10 minutes he goes crazy trying to get it off. Honestly he doesn't have anything on him. |

| I only use the break away collars on Gracie. She has he ID tag on it. Every time I see a story about a lost dog I am thankful that she is good about wearing her cat collar. |

| That's what Kaji has. I know the name "break-away" deters people but I promise, they do not just fall off out of nowhere. Kaji's worn his everyday 24/7, for a year I think, and it has not fallen off. (He has several of the exact same kind, so we switch to a clean fresh one after every bath) We do have a leather collar (Buddy Belt) but this is his special occasion or only-when-he's-with-me collar so if he does get stuck I'm right there to help him.
