| I opted to get her an xray instead of an ultrasound she was supposed to go in tomorrow, this puppy was not fully formed I have suspicions that it has been dead for quite some time. I have never seen something so horrible its feet were mnot right and lots of other things but if I say it out loud I will lose it. As long as she seems ok and no temp she will go in tomorrow otherwise it will be off to the emergency room. I HATE whoever did this to her they probably kicked her and her water broke so they kicked her out in the cold. There is a special place in hell for that person I will never get the image of that puppy out of my head it was so horrible and her crying for it so hard. Thank God my kids were still in school. How do you do that to an animal? If I hadn't have had to wait for stupid payday they could have figured it Monday and gotten it out of her and she wouldn't have had to go through this she will be spayed as soon as possible this never should have happened. From what I read on the internet and this forum ethical breeders don't breed 5 lb pups. It almost looked like a yorkie had the coloring but the neck was almost as long as the body and there didnt seem to be a developed nose among other horrors, I'm thinking they may have breed her with a weiner dog or a relative. Her temp is still good but she is still sad, we both are. Thanks for all the support. The kids have named her Gabby. |

| im sorry that the pup didnt make it but im so glad you found this girl and have done all the right things and will get her spayed. this is a very common practice by very cruel uncaring humans. thankfully she is safe with you. thank you for taking her in and taking care of her.

| I'm sorry you and your new little one had to go through this. I know it is hard on her to lose her pup. Usually it is best to let time see the dead baby and realize it is dead so they can start to get over it. It could very well be she was bred to another breed or it could have been a genetic abnormality from one of the dog's background. There are so many very unwise breeding practices being used right now. Once she gets over it and is spayed I hope she starts a new life as a much loved pet and never has to think about what she has been through. Thank you for caring so much for her. |

| Oooppss I was too late. I'm so sorry about the puppy and the nightmare you had to witness. How terrible for you and for her. I pray she gets better from all this and recovers and lives and long and healthy life with you and your family from now on.

| went back to the vet today she is doing good no fevers and only a very small amount of milk in one teat. I tried to let her have the baby and do it her way problem was it's skin was very thin and her tounge was tearing it apart. she is doing good not too depressed she is a trooper. she has to start a bland diet for a while she is not eating except her soft milk bones she loves those things. I honestly can't believe she is alive it wasn't a hard labor for her but I couldn't have done it. She didn't even make a sound, she is very quiet which is one reason we thought she may have been abused, she did bark at a cat once though she has a tiny voice. The shelter wouldn't help I tried they said only if I surrendered her to them and I just couldn't do it. Even though legally she isn't ours and I am still actively searching for her owners they would have to give me one hell of an explanation for this and I still probably wouldn't let her go. She is home. I have never had a yorkie but my husbands grammy has a 2 year old girl that is close by we babysit sometimes. To be honest I am not much of a dog person, I bought a shih tsu a few years ago, I didn't know about breeders so I just assumed the woman was honest, turns out at first vet visit my beautiful 10 week old boy was actually about 6-7 weeks he was beautiful and we loved him so much almost all white we had him for about 6 weeks just long enough to love him more than life itself and he was growing so well til one day he started banging his head on the wall took him to the vet immediately and within 15 minutes found out he had a geneticly messed up spine that wasn't growing with him and he had hydrosephilus, water on the brain, had to put him down right there. It killed me and the kids didn't want a dog again, ever. I love her though, she didn't ask for this and she will have tons of playmates my whole family has dogs. Sorry for over sharing it's been an extremly emotional day preceded by a very emotional week with no sleep. thanks |

| You are doing an amazing job with this little one. I'm so sad that you and her have had to go through all of this due to someone's fault of breeding her and abusing her . She will repay you tenfold with love.
