| Yorkie needs home in Shreveport, LA I'm posting this as a courtesy for a friend who has to let go of her 2 year old yorkie because she and her husband are moving. I thought someone on here might like to have her. She's not fixed, up to date on shots, housetrained (she whines at the door to be let outside), great with kids and has a calm disposition. There is a $75 re-homing fee to ensure she goes to a good home. You can call her at 318-465-0183 or email her at brandi.dove91@gmail.com if you're interested |

| They will probably move this to another section, but I wanted to respond before I lost it. Why don't you take her? You are looking for a pup right now, right? Seems like perfect timing to me

| If at all possible please have your friend get her fixed before she gives her to someone because she could end up in a puppy mill.

| I live in Shreveport as well, so I can ask around. I would hate for her to end up in the wrong hands! Please let me know if I can help in any way... I'll start asking people I know right now.

| I found the correct spot for this right after I posted it! ~_~ Sorry! I know it sounds like perfect timing, but I'm wanting a dog I can carry around with me everywhere and she's a bit bigger than I'd like for that. I'm not into the "teacup/micro" craze, but I do want something that if it potties on the floor two paper towels will clean it up. ^^" Thank you so much!! |

Generally when people use the word micro and teacup and stuff they don't really know about the yorkie breed because those words are only used by bad breeders to make money because a yorkie is just a yorkie unlike poodles who have many types. Using those words can cause people to be upset because so many people who get very tiny pups don't realize how much more work they are because they are so tiny and a lot do have health problems. It causes concern when people say they want tiny pups because honestly you are never really going to know what size your pup will grow to be so would you still love, want and keep a pup that got bigger then expected? We just hope you don't get sucked into get a puppy from a breeder who who says they are gonna have tiny/ teacup pups. Remember you don't always know what another person is going through.
