Does yorkie pup normally had their ears shaved?

My boy Nigel was rescued from our local pound. The vet put his age at the time around 2-3 months. He is over a year old now and one ear is still floppy. I love how cute it is!

If you want to buy a Yorkie with papers. You can make sure you see them first. But if you buy a pup you may not get the certs if you are under spay or neuter contract until you get them altered. So I know ppl get pups then want to breed them and then sell them without papers. Just depends on what your looking for.
