| Name Suggestions? I do not have my furbaby yet. The litter is due any time now though. So I'm not sure if I will be getting a boy or girl. According to the lady I'm getting the puppy from (a good friends grandmother) the mother dog always has boys and has yet to have a girl. But I want to have names prepared either way. I really like the name Bennett for a boy, but I'm not sure about a girl name. Something girly and unique any suggestions? |

| Aww YEAY!! Congrats!! I wanted a girl soooo sooo soooo bad, but I feel in love with a boy. His name is Peanut. I like the name Bennett- for short you can call him Benny or B- Peanut has tons of nicknames LOL. You can always wait and see what personality the little one has, then pick your name! I didn't name Peanut until maybe 2 days after I brought him home!

| Picking out a name can be so hard! I didn't pick Callie's name out until she was with me for almost the whole day then I decided on Callie.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I absolutely *love* the name Bennett for a boy! That is super cute. I wonder if a girl could be Bennett too...?

| My pup's mother had three litters- out of the first two she only had 2 boys total. The last litter was 6 pups and 5 were male! You just never do know what you'll get! =) I think that names are easier to pick out when you've met the dog and see what it looks like. We named all 6 of the pups from Blazer's litter and half of them kept their original names. Blazer, Ema, and Bear. Grizzly was changed to Gilbert, Gibbs was changed to Tucker, and Chance was changed to Zeus then to Rocky. I'd recommend having an idea on names but not being set on one until you meet your pup and get to know it's personality.

| I think names are kind of a personal thing... I would wait to meet your puppy to decide. I wanted a girl originally too, but once I met Couver... I knew it was meant to be. Good luck deciding!

| It took me 2 weeks no name my new pup. I ended up going with the name I picked out before I even knew I was getting a puppy. I picked a name that complements my other dog's name, but there are a dozen nick-names from His full name. Maybe if you gave some parameters? I wanted a Texas name or something "cowboyish". My Beaumont was almost Bexar (pronounced Bear), Hoss, Colt or Sage. I like Benet! Good luck with your little one! |

| I think camri is cute for a girl. Pronounced like the car camry. I like Bennett too, but I also love Bentley. If you get a girl and she has a Diva personality you could always name her Mercedes. I guess I have a thing for car names. lol. Strangely enough none of mine were named after cars. I think Sadie is another cute girl name. I named my girls before they even came home, and I still loved their names just as much when they were home. Now poor Toby is a different story I think I had ten different names for him before I settled on Toby, and Colby came to us with his name. I look forward to hearing the name you choose, and seeing pics.

| Harley came with the name Waldo and I hated it, it took me about a week to figure out a new name for him! Good luck! It's really hard until you see the pup yourself and see their personality
