| Oh gosh, of course it's not dumb. My boys are the divas and wear bows every day. They have long hair. I buy them "boyish" bows like camo or cars. Ok, they wear polka dots and sparkes too. Hee hee

| Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | My Marcel always has a topknot - but instead of a ponytail holder, I use one of those tiny hair claws. REEKS of masculinity .

| Moki has a Topknot. Have them in Camo,American Flag, Skull Reds ,Black ect... I'm going to let him grow a full coat. And if I decide to give him a puppy cut I may still keep the Topknot?? |

Hi, this is an 'old' thread, but I get mini scunchies at the 'dollar' stores, and use them two (2) together...I like two (2) different colors to match clothing or 'just because'...LOL All three of my Yorkies have long hair and a 'ponytail' (topknot), including my 'prissy' boy. The scunchies can easily be removed just by pulling up on all loops together, then re-used, and can be washed in a mesh laundry bag and re-used.

| I guess there's nothing wrong if you decided to ponytail the long fur of your dog. |

| It's pretty much a necessity if the hair is longer than a puppy cut. Otherwise the hair gets in the eyes. |
