| Help with Carrier/Purse Hi everyone! So I have decided that I have heard "ma'am I'm sorry but you need to leave with that dog" enough times that I need a better bag to carry my pup pup in. I was using my Coach purse as a dog carrier for when we are out in town and that was working fine for a while, but with her leash, treats, toys, water dish, her getting bigger, and then all my stuff unless she is sleeping its impossible to keep her in there for more than a few seconds. I have been looking on line (after going to every pet store in the valley) and kind of like the Jaraden or Kwigy-Bo. And that is kind of the price rang I am comfortable with. Even though I have seen videos, read some reviews, it is hard for me to pick out a bag without seeing it in person. I was wondering people's recommendations (hopefully some of you have had experience with a few of these bags) or if there is a different brand I should be looking at. She is 17 weeks old and weighs 3 lbs, so maybe 5 (?) or so lbs full grown. Thanks for all your help!! |

| I have a Coach carrier that I love and even at 12lbs he is comfy when we fly and side pockets for all his stuff, the only downside is you have to pay the Coach price.

| I would recommend the Kwigy Bo bags. I just ordered my third KB Alex bag the other day I have the large so that I can carry both of my pups. I would say they are great and decent priced. I've looked for an all leather bag, but they just don't make them in a large enough size for me. I can post some pictures for you. Here is the first bag I purchased. It is the putty color, but is no longer available. Couver was about 5 pounds in this picture. The bag was very spacious.

| Here is the Kwigy Bo Alex luxe bag in gold. The handles are more sturdy and it is also a great bag.

| Guinney should be a dog male supermodel. He's got "it"! He's way too cute for his own good. I'll bet he's rotten with spoiling and if he's not, get cracking, momma. JK but oh, what a boy doll that one is!

| I have this one and I am very happy with it. New! Sherpa Tote Around Town, To Go Tote Around Town It's too bad they don't show more about it. On one side it has a zipper compartment and on the other a snap compartment. I put my things in the zipper side and Margaux's things in the other. The pad inside is white so I put a piece of black fleece inside. I take her all over the place and no one even notices she is in there

| I use a Sherpa tote. It is all black with mesh on the top and sides, very plain. No one has ever noticed it is a dog bag. When we are traveling, all his supplies stay in the car in a different bag. When carrying him in his bag, I sometimes wear a very small bag for my wallet that I wear cross body, so it's not on the shoulder. That way I've got my essentials, but it doesn't look odd and draw attention that I'm carrying two purses. I do take water, but I use a tiny tupperwear cup with a lid (it's probably 2" x 3"), and I take a few treats in a ziplock, but nothing takes up any room. I think it must be pretty much incognito, because no one has ever said a word to me. I think it's because the bag is very plain and doesn't draw any attention. |
