Donating YT Addict | Oh boy did I have a sad girl yesterday pen day 1 I thought I was doing her a favor leaving her in her play pen while I showered instead of putting her in her crate. WELL the video I took of the event says differently! She very quietly cried for me. Its so sad she didnt get loud but a couple occasions she let out one full bark. Other than that whimpering and squeaking. Sooo, Now I dont know if I should use the pen idea or if she is happier in her crate while Im not able to watch her. Im still using crate at night no matter if I use play pen during day or not.

| Oh my word, how cute! She makes the cutest noises like Joel does Joel definetly likes his crate more than bieng out in the room when i'm away. When he's in the crate he'll just sleep and when he's out he waits and watches for me, but Waffles will get used to it |

| She did good! I let mine in the bathroom too though, lol. I think it's harder for them when they know you're in the house and they are penned. They don't understand why they can't be with you. How is she when you have to go out for a spell?

Donating YT Addict | Thank you everyone she is a cutie for sure. Im afraid to attach her crate to the pen id think shed just step right up on it and be free walking the house unattended. I maybe wrong tho. When i go to the store i put her in her crate and she takes a nice nap. I also put her in there when i shower but i thought the pen would be better. Lol guess she prefers her crate. Im going to keep trying though. |

| You could try putting aside, some favourite toys, and keeping them only for pen time. Also let leave some treats to be found, in the bed, under the bed, for the first few times she's left there. Also something like a kong, that she has to work at, to get the treat out. This way she'll associate the pen with fun. She is adorable. |
