I always told my children if you do wrong, I'm going to get your butt, but if you didn't do anything wrong then moms got your back. I told them all that day that they didn't understand the ramifications of an adult lying on a child just because she didn't like his skin color and the position it put us in as parents who had been disciplining a child on the word of an adult who was lying. The bus driver couldn't even explain why she said he did all this stuff that wasn't on the tape, except that she thought it was him . Really? That's the story you want to go with? Needless to say word got out, everyday tapes where pulled, children where interviewed... Bus driver was fired. I'm not one of those parents that say oh my child never does wrong.. Because I know kids will be kids, but when you make the mistake of picking on my child.... Smh you have really made a bad mistake.
