| ![]() I think it depends on the dog. All of mine get tucked in with their own blanket. Only Gracie sleeps with me in my bed. She lays on top of her blanket, on top of my quilt, if it is warm, and she takes it under my quilt with her, if it is cool.

| ![]() Jilly used to love to huddle under a blanket sleeping but Tibbe is hot-natured and doesn't much like being in or under anything but loves lying on top of the warming throw at times.

| ![]() Both Brody and Mia will arrange blankets, covers and pillows, and smoosh themselves into/onto the crumpledness. They will both "cave" under the covers with it's cold...and sometimes when it's quite warm, too...but there definitely seems to be something quite "personal" about the conditions under which they do these things, so I think it is THEIR personal preferences that matter. What we do is make little fleece throws and/or afghans available where they spend their time, and let them decide whether or not, and how, to use the blankies. My granddaughter Chi, however, is ONLY out of a blanket to play, eat...and that 'other' thing they do afterward...lol...and you REALLY have to be careful when you sit or lie down on ANY cover because that tiny little 'wrinkle' just MIGHT be her! LOL
