| Stolen dog reunited with owner after 2.5 years! Patti told me about this tonight when we were on the phone. She had seen it on the news and it is so heartwarming, so thought you'd all like to see a "happy ending" story! | Such a wonderful story! I agree about the micro-chipping! Also, there is a lesson to be learned, don't leave your dog outside unsupervised!

| I love it when they get returned to their owners. Two and a half years is a long time...and shame on the thieves taking that baby...but I am so happy that she's home with her real family again.

| I'm so thrilled Sadie finally made it home, thanks to the microchip. I wish more people would see the importance of microchipping their pets and that it were mandatory that all vets scan any new animal/patient that come into their office. It's evident that little Sadie hadn't been taken care of for some time but if she did see a vet and had been scanned, she may have been reunited with her owner much sooner! I would never leave Yazmin outside unattended, but any unforseen situation can happen! I just pray that if she were to ever get lost, her microchip would bring her home quickly! |

| This is a great story. This is why I microchip mine. To me, there is no good reason not to microchip. I cringe when I hear the excuse "But he/she never leaves my yard". You never know what is going to happen... You are taking a huge risk when you don't microchip

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am so happy for them. Sadie was taken to the shelter I volunteer at and the first thing they do is scan for a microchip. She was found the next town over from me but was taken from Chicago. Poor baby it doesn't seem like she was taken care of by who ever had her last.
