| Yes. Biewers are real, they are yorkies, they are called several names Biewers, Biewer a la pom pon, Biewer yorkies. They look identical to parti colored yorkies and to yorkies in general except in coloration. A true Biewer breeder leave the tail undocked thats usually the distinction visible between a parti and a biewer.
