What a scary experience! I'm glad the owner was there to take her pup to the vet. This confirms my desire to groom my two at home... They are safe and if I mess up, I can only blame myself

It's Cowboy Magic Detangler, it was made for use on horses, if you have a tack supply store near you, you might find it. I bought mine on ebay, but here's a picture of it. COWBOY MAGIC Detangler and Shine 16 Ounce - Scruggsfarm.com It's the detangler, not the shampoo or conditioner.
