how do people get their puppies to keep the clothes on....snickers just rolls around and tries like a mad puppy to get it off

Before i started on these dresses i took some Tshirts they had (tiny baby sizes) and attached little skirts to those Tshirts, that was really very easy and maybe a good idea for many. I will take pics to show them so you can get an idea of what i mean.
