| Something weird, help please... Last night while watching tv, Miss Priss turned her head at a angle and I swear it was like an emerald green. Ray said that he has seen her eyes do that several times. Please if anyone knows what is going on? She acts perfectly healthy, eats and poos regularly, plays like a rockstar..Please let me know if you have heard of this..I will take her to the vet Monday and have her eyes checked if need be.

| Bless you both, I was really upset, her coat is silky now and doesn't tangle, very shiny too..I had only seen it for like a nano second but it was a flash of emerald green..I am so thankful for this site. Sometimes she can make me a basket case.

| No Worries Joyce. My babies flash green eyes sometimes. It looks a bit spooky, but as far as I know, it is harmless.

| Thank you Teresa, I was afraid that she was going blind or had some kind of eye disorder. I went off on Ray, my DH when he said he had seen it several times. I told him that if he ever seen anything off or just not right to always tell me...I so appreciate all of you here at yorkie talk....

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | It is weird how different our babies are when they shine in the light. I have two whos eyes glow yellow, one that glow the green you speak of and than there is our demon child Ruby named after a demon on Super Natural whos eyes glow Red . Didn't know that at the time we named her. Hubby is a fan of the show and she certainly lives up to her name sake !!

| Yes, they are something to worry about but so glad that this is a natural thing. I had called my vet so many times when Yoshi was a puppy and now I know that I can check with ya'll before running to the vet. Thank ya'll again, I love it here.

| Yep, nothing to worry about. I love it when I see the green eye shine. When you take pictures of your girl you will see the green eye shine in the picture. I have attached a picture of my 9 month old Sonny that shows the green eye shine. Usually if a pup has a red or orange eye shine it means the coat will be cottony or soft-coated.

| If the light hits Callie's eyes a certain way hers do the weird green thing. Its just the light kinda like when you take a picture and there eyes come out a different color then normal.
