| Treat stashing I read so many funny comments about Yorkies hiding their treats among other little household items...LOL my Braxton pushes and puts his nose to the ground and then pushes on the imaginary dirt I guess on the floor like he is trying to bury it, its too funny! I find treats all over the place! Looks like its not just a Yorkie thing but I have never had any dog to do this like my Yorkie. |

| Yeah, they are too funny Mine "dig" in their beds and blankies to "bury" their chewies. If you look at them while they are doing it, they promptly "dig" it up and go somewhere else. Like I want their stinky chewies

| I gave Tibbe a new bag of his "chewies", which are those whitish flat rectangles called Dentist's Best, I think is the name. He never really does ever chew them - he just carries them around in his mouth and hides them all over and then unhides them and moves them to another hiding place - and then unhides them and carries them in his mouth until he finds a new hiding spot. The new bag I gave him I just opened one end and put it on the floor just to see what he would do with a whole bag of new ones. He has run himself to death getting chewies out of the bag to carry around searching out hiding spots & then hiding them, digging the unseen "dirt" and pushing it over them, etc., and then keeping on moving them all one at a time - one after the other, over and over. Finally wore himself out hiding and re-hiding so many and is now taking a nap, with the one he had in his mouth last resting beside him. It's well past time for him to go out and potty but he's sound asleep - just worn down from hiding his many treats/chewies. He puts on such a show when he hides chewies and it is so funny to watch him.

| Sophie Kate like to bury her Nyla bone inside the pillow case. it is not unusual to wake to her digging on the same pillow you're using for your head. I have washed her Nyla bone many times when changing out the sheets.

| Geno "buries" his Smartbones. He'll dig and dig and dig in the couch, his bed, the floor, and then carefully place it in it's spot. Then if I'm feeling like being a jerk, I pick it up and am like, "Geno!!! I found your bone!" He gives me this look like "I hate you so much right now" and then runs off with it to another place...usually a place that I can't see him hide it in haha
