|  Soon to be yorkie mommy Hi everyone, I just found your site a few days ago and been reading my way thru. Decided to join because I wanted to see all the cute yorkie pictures. I am so excited about getting my new little girl, but I still have to wait almost 4 more weeks, but the breeder emails updated pictures every week. I have waited almost 40 years for the right time and circumstances to get my yorkie. In that time I have been thru a small assortment of pets ranging from labs to gerbils, with an occasional cat and bird. I currently have a 12y/o female cat that weighs 13.5lbs and an 11.5 y/o chihuahua that weighs 5lbs (on a good day). They have been with me since they were each 8 weeks old. Hoping to learn alot about taking care of my yorkie baby from you guys. Austins mommy |

| Congrats on your new soon to be baby. And, welcome to YT. There are many experienced members here who will be more than happy to help you with any questions you have about the breed or caring for your pup. I'm sure your breeder will give you some tips too.
