| Check her paw very closely, Maybe she has a small cut or something stuck in it.. That is usually why thay do that.

| I would be almost willing to bet that she has an allergy...probably to some type of food.

| That or her hair is tickling her... Abbie did that one time I clipped her hair a little bit around her foot and she was fine.. that is just one thing it could be, I don't know though. just watch it - it could be an alergy too...

| Our girls have done that before when they got an ant bite or a small sticker in their paw. If you have ruled those things out, could be allergies!

| Pippa started licking a paw last week, too. I checked it over and over and couldn't find anything. Then, she had chewed on it so much that she made a sore, so of course, trip to the vet! She ended up having a staph infection-but I think that was from the excessive chewing. Although, since starting the antibiotic and daily washing, she's not chewing anymore. No telling what its from!

| Do you still have green grass (Florida) and were any chemicals put on it lately? I had one of my dogs doing this and since I switched his food to EVO he has stopped.

| Excessive licking of the paws is not good and ends up with sores and a really bad habit. I'd have the vet look the paws over and if he doesn't find anything wrong, ask what sprays would be safe to deter from the licking. |
