| To clarify--I say yes, to take a heartworm preventive...not use the advantix as that.

| We use Trifexis it is a combo drug for fleas, ticks, worms, and heartworm prevention. My Vet only gives this to dogs that are not being bred. It has not been tested to her satisfaction on breeding dogs.

| My little boy has had a reaction to both Interceptor and then to Heartguard. We recently tried REvolution. He appears to be ok so far although I'm watching for the fleas and ticks since we're not using the Frontline anymore.

| There's advantix for dogs under 15lb. I know because I was using that on Kiko before. |
