| Salmon oil Hi, As some of you might know,Happy was diagnosed with MVD. He is now on RC Hepatic and is doing great. He has an itchy skin and dandruff. We are planning to feed him salmon oil because of his skin problems. Is it good to feed him salmon oil considering his MVD? |

| For a normal dog it would be great but because of your dog's problem you need to ask your vet what the best supplement is for him. |

| My dog Daisy has MVD. She is on a therapeutic dose of Nordic Naturals Omega 3 Pet capsules and takes 1 capsule per day squeezed over her food. She is a 7.5 lb dog. If the Happy is unhappily itchy on RC hepatic, it is probably the corn in that formula. My Daisy could not eat that food.
