| ![]() Brisket kept itching and acting funny, he went over and laid down by door and he never lays there. He dry heaved a few times and that was it. Maybe paranoid mommy, but saw too many online reviews of terrible reactions tonight. I just gave him a bath w dawn soap. Now he's sleeping in my lap. I feel so bad.

| ![]() I have never used Advantix but I have used the Advantage and Advantage II. Never had a problem with it and found it worked well on fleas. If you are using the right kind for his size you should be fine. I have found that keeping a flea comb handy has helped a lot. I comb through Gracie as soon as we come in from outside to catch anything that she could have picked up while out there. You can't see the bugs that have already gotten to the skin level. I run the flea comb through my cats when they come in as they are the ones who tend to pick up ticks. Sometimes they have the tiny unattached ticks on them that have jumped on them when they go through the tall grass that is out beyond the woods. |
