I live in MI but will be on Long Island starting this Saturday 6/1 through Wed. As luck would have it I found out about a great yorkie rescue league and a really cool fund raiser they are having on Sunday, it's called Rescues on the Runway. It's in the ballroom of the Sheraton which is a pet friendly hotel, there will be a dog fashion show, lunch, entertainment, contests and so forth

I bought tickets for my Mom, Dad, and my sister. I will have Lola and my sister will have her yorkie Lucy. LOL I had matching dresses made for Lola and her cousin with their names on it, then a special dress and matching hat made for Lola so she can enter the most glamours pet contest, proving once again I am a happy but crazy yorkie mom

. I on the other hand will not be in a new outfit since I spent all my money on dresses for the dogs and tickets for the event

I was wondering if any other yorkie talkers will be there, if so I would love to meet you. here is the link Welcome

sounds like a cool event! did you post pictures of the dress's that you had made? i wanted to sneak a peak!

you're little sweetie is a shoe-in for most glam!!

no not yet, I am so behind in taking pictures of Lola in all these dresses I keep designing and purchasing. And now her hair especially on her head is knotted up from swimming and playing like like a maniac over the weekend that I have not had the heart to start combing her out yet. perhaps I need one of those ugly black manikin dogs to put the dresses on, it would be less stressful than grooming Lola, she may look glamorous when I gussy her up for photos but she is really nothing but a little tomboy.

I hadn't checked your albums in a while, so hadn't seen the girls days out photo opps

! i reached my cute quota for the day

, so you can take all the time you need to brush that sweet girl out.
