| That's exactly what I was going to ask. Seems there really is a difference in the price from cargo to cabin, being cabin is a lot cheaper because she goes under the seat. I hope you have a soft airline approved carrier you can take her in the cabin with you? You may have to make a few more phone calls to get this straightened out because I believe they quoted you cargo price. Keep us up on this.

| Poppy is too cute! It is very hard to leave them. The one time I went away for a week-end, I spent more time texting my husband than I did vacationing. Airlines can be so mean sometimes. They don't understand that they aren't dogs, they are our babies.

Have you considered taking the ferry across to France & then flying with Poppy in-cabin from France?

| Are you not allowed to brink Poppy in cabin? I completely understand you. I'm visiting family in Mexico in 2-3 weeks. My hope was that Kaji would be coming with me, until my mom gave me all the details on the airline. They only allow pets in cargo instead of in the cabin. We're flying in summer weather, and it's hot and HUMID in Mexico. I think Kaji would DIE from the heat alone. He'll sadly stay here while I'm off on a sad vacation.

| i am not sure how that translates into US dollars, but here in the states it runs around $125.00 each way to fly in the cabin. Traveling from one country to another is tricky and you could wind up in Cypress and find out there are fees that have nothing to do with the airline travel. not sure if this it to late but I would do my best to find out from other UK yorkie owners if anyone knows of private home that will keep your yorkie. Here in the states I have a lady that has three of her own and runs a little in home yorkie boarding service, they have the run of her home and back yard, it's like a yorkie camp.
