| I think that is sooooo cute.I plan on doing that for Biscuit's first in July.I don't know about where you live but in Houston, the Kroger grocery stores sell ice cream for dogs.I'm sure it's somewhere where you are. That would be cute to see them all with ice cream on their faces! |

| Gosh how cute. Don't forget the indivdual goodie bags! Hmm fur baby activities, this is going to be worth many pictures, LOL (please share) Maybe games like for instance, play some music and the first fur baby who barks/sings/howls wins a prize. Or toy races (throw a toy and see who crosses the finish line first), stuff like that? Im not very creative but it sure sounds like it's going to be a blast!!

| Those are some great suggestions!! I am also going to have them 'bob for treats'. You fill a large bowl with water and dog cookies. I think it will be interesting I am also making a dog cake for them. I am not really sure what to put into goodie bags, I love the idea. Maybe a squeeky toy and some biscuits?

You are going to have sooo much fun! Anything can go into the goodie bags. Treats, little squeeky toy, hairbows? Anything at all. Your "bob for treats" sounds hilarious. Again....please don't forget those pics, LOL!

| What about pin the tail on the cat? It would be cute. A poster of a cat. Then spinning the dog around and see who gets the tail on correctly. Just joking. But, it is a funny thought. You could give out goodie bags with little treats and toys at the end. There might be a place you can get a cake especially made for dogs. And they can have it shaped like a bone.

| You guys are FANTASTIC!!! I promise to make my husband tape the whole thing and take tons of photos. I already have a great recipe for 'pupcakes' that I got from a magazine. I made them for my husbands minpins' b-day and he loved them. It's posted on yorkietalk somewhere...... Anyways, thanks again everyone and I promise to post pics after the party!!! Ciao

| Last Saterday we had a party for Chelsey's first Birthday, i made goodie bags filled with treats and a small toy, i tell you the Mom's and Dad's were more excited about the goodie bags then the dogs lol The whole idea of the party started out as a joke among friend's, they all know that our girls are our kids, but are total bratts, one night we sat making a soldier's of a few bottles of hooch and the topic was "the girls" meaning my fur kids, so they said "i bet your nuts enough to throw them a party" well that just did it for me, i invited them all months in advance. It turned out so nice, they ALL started singing for her, now you can imagine grown up woman and men singing for my fur kid all wearing party hats it was too cute. We played musical chairs, we cracked up laughing as the Mommies were trying to tell the dogs to sit sit sit and none would have any of it, they were having a ball running around the place chasing each other. Enjoy it, its a LOT of fun
