Please post anymore information on here about what your vet told you and what her health was like. I will ask my teacher whose a veterinarian if she has any ideas of what could have happened. It might help you come up with questions for your vet.

Because, as was said by a recent poster, you need to have answers to have some closure.

Please accept my condolences on your great loss. It is never easy to lose a beloved pet but much worse when it happens so suddenly. It is so scary to think of your little baby fine one moment and gone the next. I pray that you find comfort in this terrible time and I am truly sorry for your sweet Lily. I hope you get the answers you need so that you can find some closure. You are in my prayers.

I wish there were words to help ease your pain right now. I am terribly saddened to hear about the loss of your Lily. I do hope that finding some of the answers to your questions about Lily's death can help heal your heart.
