That's a good point.

Incidentally, my Tatiana is apple-headed, and she doesn't have hydrocephalus. It's just her natural head shape. There is a chance this cute puppy is the same way. But as you said, it's better to get that checked with a vet.

What would make you think she has hydrocephalus? She'll be checked by a vet at 6 weeks. I'm really terrified now though.

The shape of her head, the way her ears are set & the way she's holding her eyes-squinty. Is this a Show Breeder that you are buying from ? How long has this person been breeding Yorkies & do they know anything about AAI or Chiari ? these are things you NEED to ask & what about the Health Guarantee ? is there one & does it cover Hereditary and Congenital defects & for how long ?
I am sorry to scare you but it's better that you know now BEFORE you get attached then 1 to 5 or 6 yrs later .

Not on YT! You didn't read that here and YT is all that matters!!! lol, YT is full of professionals and experienced Yorkie owners and...12 wks. is the norm here, and its what is best for the pup. Some pups have to stay with mom longer!

Hopefully you can review this with your breeder! Love your pups name and shes adorable!
