Well, he did respond & give you Michael Hill's email address at AP and according to his twitter account, he requests alot of phone interviews...so seems legit to me.

But you could always call AP at 518-458-7821 and leave your number for him to call you back.

Well I think this kind of question and query is not de rigeur. He might just be legit, but surely he should know that asking a question without supplying his credentials is suspect.

Great he is doing an article - supply then his C.V. and his business addy and phone number so interested parties can look him up and check him out, prior to entering into any info/interview session.

I've half a mind to write associated press and express my displeasure at how one of their "staff" is conducting themselves.

Yes, I Googled the number and sure enough it is associated with the Associated Press in Albany. I'm still not sure what type of information he wants. "What their pet plans are for their retirement years?" Can anyone fill me in here? Does it mean do we want pets in our retirement years? I feel so stupid.

Hey, I'm a baby boomer! Mr. Hill, we are really a great group of people who love our Yorkies. No harm in being cautious, we've had our share of trolls in here, playing on our heartstrings. If you checkout Paris' blog, you can see a great story about a great Yorkie.

I had my dog's picture stolen once and sold and she was dead at the time. ( they made out by people wiring them the shipping fee through a third party) Too many people looking for these expensive dogs to take a chance with a man who can't even articulate what he wants from us.
