| Little Dude (Gizmo) Little Dude hates his antibiotics. He actually spits it out all over himself. The vet said he would do this but it makes me wonder if he is getting enough to get rid of this infection. He goes in for surgery on Thursday so yall keep him in your prayers.

| My dexter had to be on liquid doxicyclin last year for Lyme's disease. Although they make it beef & cheese flavor (ewww!) he hated it. The vet said to get the dropper as far back into his mouth as I could, past his tongue and he'd have no choice but to swallow because it would be behind the part of his tongue that could get it back up. Prayers to you and Gizmo!

| Just dropped Little Dude (Gizmo ) off. Had a bad scare this morning with him. I always put him up on the counter to give him his antibiotics and my grand Daughter, who is 15 holds him for me well, this morning he wiggles away from her, jumped off the counter and ran. The counter is about 4 feet high and I was scared to death he hurt himself. I ran after him and sure enough his mouth was bleeding so I quick snatched him up and took him to the vet since he was due there anyways. She said he knocked a tooth lose. That could have been so much worse. Please never put your babies on the counter. I learned the hard way, from now on he sits in my lap to take his meds.

| So glad he was ok. Thats scary! Ive had many wow, we were lucky moments with my boys. Thankfully they are both a bit on the bigger side, but even at 6.5lbs my Dexter just feels soooo tiny with little bird bones. Prayers to little dude and his surgery today. I'm sure everything will go great with him.
