Yes my dog's mom is that color, he looks like his mom but has the coloring of his dad.

I have one . Her name is Robin. She is 7 yrs old. I fostered her last Fall for YTNR then adopted her. You can see her pictture and read her story if you look uunder adopted Yorkies on www.ytnr.com. I live in Ohio and have been looking for another one, if any one knows of someone who has one for sale, please let me know.

Wow, Kim, Chai is so gorgeous! I am very much attracted to the reds, being a red head myself, lol, and never knew they existed either until I came here to the boards.

I guess I can understand why the breeders who seem to be so passionate about improving the standard turn up their noses on any yorkie that veers from the norm, but how can anyone deny how incredibly beautiful Chai is? I would be proud to own a red, and in fact, I asked my husband about it last night! Of course I was treated to "the look", but at least the seed is planted, lol!

Sydney's mommy is solid gold and her daddy is black and tan. She ended up being blue and gold...go figure.

I think that the gold/red yorkies are beautiful and if I ever get another one...I will probably try to get one of those.

I am currently looking for a red or solid golden female yorkie. But have had no luck thus far. I think they are absolutely beautiful. If anyone in So cali knows where I can find one please please pretty please let me know?!?!

I know that LOOK well!! Haha! Good luck....I know one member asked to used Chai's pcture as her screensaver in hopes that her sinificant other would fallin love with her and allow her to get one!! LOL...hope it works!
