| Baby wipes Hi all I was just wondering if baby wipes could be used to clean puppy eyes or is warm water better?

My furkids Donating Member | I think I would stick with the warm water. baby wipes have a scent to them...I wouldn't think that would be good to get to close to their eyes...I just soak a cotton ball with warm water and wipe their eyes..

| I use babywipes on Dori. After every walk, it's face, paws, butt...in that order. We use unscented Costco brand.

YT 1000 Club Member | I use Pampers Unscented on Romeo and I think he loves the "feel" of the cool cloth. I also have puppy cologne and would occasionally put a few drops on the unscented cloth so he at least always smells fresh and clean!!

| I use eye wash. It's for people, but the Vet. said it's just fine for the dogs. Any saline wash is good too. I use the eye wash on them after their bath and after an outing.

| I just use warm water & cotton balls to clean the eye area. I use babywipes on her feet after we've been for a walk or to the dog park. I asked my vet about using babywipes as opposed to dogwipes (cos they're cheaper & more readily available) at our visit last week and he said it's fine to use them after every walk, but to make sure to get the ones without alcohol as it can dry the skin & paws out.

| I used the normal saline, unscented Boogie Wipes for kids.
