I just use warm water & cotton balls to clean the eye area. I use babywipes on her feet after we've been for a walk or to the dog park. I asked my vet about using babywipes as opposed to dogwipes (cos they're cheaper & more readily available) at our visit last week and he said it's fine to use them after every walk, but to make sure to get the ones without alcohol as it can dry the skin & paws out.
