| Durable Toys My 3 year old male Yorkie, Bolt, LOVES squeaky chew toys. He's never met a chew toy that he cannot destroy in an extremely short amount of time! I have purchased expensive and what I thought were strong toys, but nothing seems to last more than a couple of days. Does anyone recommend a heavy-duty squeaky toy that is safe and long lasting? |

| When you find one please let me know. My 2 year old Bella does the same thing. I refuse to buy anymore until someone can guarantee my 7 pound pirana can't chew it up...lol |

I'm sorry but no - nothing, ever! I even bought a Kong and made the noises myself - Harry still managed to chew it up.... Perhaps someone, somewhere will hopefully invent one...Sally + Harry x | |

| I guess this is the advantage of having a rescue yorkie with no teeth - He doesn't destroy things LOL Joking aside, I'd also love to hear of a durable toy that makes noise of any type! My crew sure kills their fair number of toys LOL We have stuffy funerals quite often! Loofa toys seem to last longer then most, but not always

| I bought a ball from petsathome it's called a babble ball. When they move it it makes animal noises. Molly lIves it and chases it around the room but Lilly is a bit timid and it scares her. She is okay if she plays with it alone and can control when the noise comes. Is hard plastic so should last as long as my Staffordshire leaves it alone.

| I have that ball and Bella loves it....husband not so much The only problem I find with Bella is she becomes obsessed over her toys. She won't play with them alone and she would if I let her go at all day long. Not eat or anything. Also I find when she gets in that frenzy she won't even let me know she has to go out to potty...she'll just do it on the fly. I have now started scheduled play time and it seems to be working much better |

| My pups kill toys!! The only squeaky toys that they have not torn apart are the ones at Walmart that are blue and green ... They are made by Hartz and made in China which does not thrill me, but they last a long time!! The name is Dura Play.

| Hi, i have a yorkie who only will play with any kind of stuffed froggie and then i have a dorkie that is absolute murder on ALL toys. i got my yorkie a hide a squirrel about 5 years ago and even with my dorkie tearing them apart i still have two out of the three of the squirels left. i also get some toys from kyjen company, they have really great stuff, they have a snake with 3 sqeakers in it that are almost impossible to kill, of course jewell killed the middle squeaker in hers in about 15 minutes but the rest are still squeaking a year and a half later. plush puppies have a great rabbit in a hat toy she has yet to completly destroy also and those dura play bones from walmart are very durable. |

| I've had no luck with any plush toys - ears knawed off first within 5 minutes, then the tails or feet . The only thing he's not destroyed, loves to play fetch with and it squeaks is Cuz balls. Dogs: Cuz® Toys || Good Cuz - JW Pet We have 3 - both the good and bad Cuz. I even bought my Mom's dog 2 - no fighting.

| My little 4 pounder has been able to rip apart every toy I have bought for him. I even spent $15 on a toy at PetSmart as a treat when my mother was going to keep him for a weekend. It lasted one night. I did find this $4 small rubber squeaky dog at Wal-Mart that has actually held up for a couple of weeks and still doesn't look too bad. The dog looks like a smaller version of the stuffed dog they used to have on the PetSmart commercials.... We'll see. If it lasts another week or two I think I am going back & buying every one they have |

| LOL you stole my post, I was going to say the same thing, they come in two sizes and look sort of like the shape of what when I was a kid they called jacks. The green is like a chartreuse and the blue like an ocean blue. Both sizes have lasted a long time and are still good and I know because Lola can kill a toy in one night. We started buying the larger one because Lola has taken to hiding her toys under the couch, the big one is to large to do this with. They are cheap also well under $5.00 and they have a pretty loud squeak

| Those toys by Hartz are awesome! I have the blue and green "jacks" and also a green bone shaped toy that the boys (and Connor can kill ANYTHING!) have not been able to destroy, and it is going on two years with these! If Hartz just concentrated on these Duraplay toys, I'd have a lot more respect for the company. |
